Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager with a strong leadership personality to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the furniture industry, from initial customer consultations to final production. This role requires a deep understanding of customer preferences, design principles, and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:

• Meet with clients to understand their tastes, preferences, and daily needs for home decoration and furnishing.
• Build strong relationships with customers to gather comprehensive briefs that guide the design process.
  
  2. Design Initiation:
   
• Collaborate with customers to initiate and develop designs that align with their needs and aesthetic preferences.
• Utilize design tools and software to create professional presentations and shop drawings.
  
  3. Leadership & Management:
   
• Lead and manage the production team, ensuring high-quality output that meets customer specifications.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages team development and creativity.
  
  4. Process Oversight:
   
• Oversee all stages of production, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Implement and maintain efficient production processes to optimize workflow and reduce costs.
  
  5. Technical Proficiency:
   
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies relevant to the furniture industry.
• Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) to produce detailed design layouts and presentations.
