Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Engineer - Real Estate at Valero Developments located in El Obour. As a Site Engineer - Real Estate, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing contractors, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating with architects and project managers to ensure successful project completion.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldProven experience as a Site Engineer in the Real Estate industryStrong knowledge of construction management processes, quality control, and safety standardsExcellent project management and organizational skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsProficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant softwareStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and problem-solving abilities
