- Utilize competency-based interview techniques to assess candidates’ skills and fit for the role
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly
- Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to facilitate passive recruitment
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay abreast of market trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and headhunting
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth competency-based interviews
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
