Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Search Recruiter at JobsGlobal.com Group in Cairo, Egypt. The Executive Search Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recruiting top executive talent for various positions within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and building strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Executive Search skills
- Experience in evaluating and recruiting executive-level candidates
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of HR and employment laws and regulations
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
