Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Production Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Responsibilities also include managing production teams, optimizing processes, and implementing production plans to meet market demands.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in production management, preferably in the food industry
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Certifications in Production Management or related areas are a plus
