EGXPRESS Licensee of Federal Express is seeking an Accountant Freight Forwarding to join our company.
Responsibilities
- Issue Invoices and follow up till they are delivered to customers.
- Ensure that issued invoices are made in accordance with company policy.
- Manage customers’ accounts and ensure customers pay their invoices on time.
- Responsible for petty cash issuing and settlement.
- Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors’ DSO.
- Oversee the forwarding of monthly statements to clients to keep them updated on debt collection activities.
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions.
- Resolving customer issues related to their invoices
- Prepare month-end reports.
- Any other job-related duty assigned by my manager.
Qualification , Skill,s and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience FTN ( Freight Forwarding ) Accountant
- Analyzing Information & Accounting Skills.
- Good command of the English language.
- Ability to produce reports using Excel and Word.
