- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in to initiate work according to specified policies and requests.
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Supervise daily production stages and monitor their implementation as required and according to established standards.
- Manage work teams and distribute tasks to ensure the achievement of production goals.
- Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
- Resolve any issues related to machine maintenance and any worker-related problems to ensure the workflow proceeds as required.
- Address any issues related to resources and products in coordination with the relevant departments to ensure production at the best quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards at all stages of production.
- Enforce health and safety precautions
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct periodic evaluations of employee performance and provide necessary training and support.
- Conduct frequent monitoring of actual productivity versus the set plan.
- Suggest and follow up implementation of correct actions to enhance productivity of factory (real manufacturing)
- Prepare regular reports for management on daily production performance and challenges facing the department for follow-up.
Bachelor's degree15+ years of experienceLean manufacturing training is a plus
