Marketing Supervisor

OdooTec is hiring a dynamic and results-driven *Marketing Supervisor Specialist* to oversee and execute our marketing efforts with a focus on branding, social media management, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, optimizing social media campaigns, and driving brand awareness and lead acquisition through various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and recognition across all platforms.
  • Supervise the creation and execution of social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Manage and grow social media platforms by engaging with audiences, creating compelling content, and monitoring trends.
  • Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize efforts.
  •  Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing channels such as email marketing, paid advertising, and social media outreach.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring seamless lead handoff and tracking.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to keep the company at the forefront of marketing innovation.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.3-5 years of experience in marketing with a strong emphasis on branding, social media management, and lead generation.Experienced in IT industry and Gulf market is a must.Has a track record of creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns with proven expertise in delivering successful results.Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and social media management tools.Proficiency in digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable marketing insights.Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to work across departmental boundaries.Solid organizational abilities and the ability to handle several projects concurrently.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of branding principles and experience in ensuring consistency across all marketing touch points.Strong deadline-keeping and resource-management abilities in a project management role.The capacity to adjust to shifting objectives and function in a fast-paced workplace.Fluent in English is a must.
