- Maintenance of network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers, etc .

From 1 to 3 years' Experience as an IT specialist .Strong technical understanding of hardware and software .Ability to improve processes and automate them .Documentation and reporting skills .Multiple tasking .Excellent IT, communication and management skills .Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles .Basic knowledge of CCNA, MCSA .
