- Set short and long term sustainability goals.
- Create and follow up metrics of resource consumption in relation to production and assess environmental impacts.
- Collaborate with plant managers , engineers & maintenance teams to gather data, asses equipment performance and identify energy efficiency measures.
- Develop customized energy audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and potential cost savings opportunities.
- Assist in implementation of energy management strategies and best practices to optimize energy use, refuse waste and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry standards, regulations and emerging technologies related to industrial energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
- Collaborate with government agencies, industry partners, and stakeholders to promote energy efficiency programs and initiatives within the manufacturing sector.
- Monitor and track energy performance metrics, conduct follow up assessments, and evaluate the impact of implemented energy- saving measures over time.
- Contribute to the development of energy conversation policies, guidelines and training programs fpr industrial stakeholder.
- Continuously improve the group’s sustainability profile.
- Participate in local and international sustainability and Energy management conferences.
BSc. in Engineering or Science Degree (Energy Management, Environment, Chemical) or Related Field.Min. 2 years of experience in Sustainability Management or energy efficiency roles. (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)Has administrative and behavioral capabilities in the field of industrial management.Knowledge about ISO 50001:2018 Energy management, about ISO 14001 requirements.Familiarity with environmental regulations, sustainability standards and compliance requirements for industrial operations.Excellent English Language.Strong interpersonal Skills (Communication, Leadership, project Management skills)Ability to present ideas to senior management level.Proficiency in working with MS office.Alexandria resident.
