Public Relations Officer

  1. Government Liaison:
  • Act as a liaison between the company and various government departments.
  • Handle all necessary documentation related to labor, immigration, and other government requirements.
  • Process and renew company licenses, permits, and other official documents.

 

  1. Employee Relations:
  • Manage visa processes, including issuance, renewal, and cancellation for employees.
  • Assist employees with residence permits, medicals, and other legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

 

  1. Legal Compliance:
  • Stay updated on changes in local laws and regulations affecting the company and its employees.
  • Advise the management on legal and compliance matters related to government requirements.

 

  1. Public Relations:
  • Maintain positive relationships with government officials and agencies.
  • Represent the company in meetings and discussions with government representatives.
  • Coordinate with external legal advisors as necessary.

 

  1. Administrative Support:
  • Maintain accurate records of all official documents and transactions.
  • Assist in resolving any issues related to government procedures and requirements.

 


High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field is a plus.3+ years of experience as a Public Relations Officer or in a similar role in Egypt.In-depth knowledge of Egyptian labor laws, immigration processes, and government regulations.Proficiency in MS Office.Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
