Key Duties include:
* Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
* Installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, printers, networking equipment, and network operating systems
* Rolling out new equipment, as well as performing corrective and preventative measures on existing equipment
* Configuration of authentication, authorization, and directory services
* Maintenance of network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers, etc.
* Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
* Resolve problems reported by end-user
* Handle user and asset management by managing users, roles, and permissions and keeping the inventory of hardware, software, and applications
* From 2 to 4 years' Experience as an IT specialist* Courses: CCNA, N+, MCSA, A+* Strong technical understanding of hardware and software * Ability to improve processes and automate them* Documentation and reporting skills* Multiple tasking.* Excellent IT, communication and management skills* Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
