• Purpose of Job

Governance and Business Excellence Executive will be responsible for giving support for ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and ethical business practices in Times Developments for continuous enhancement of the organization's operational and ethical standards.

• Responsibilities/accountabilities:

1. Assist in developing and implementing compliance and business excellence strategies.
2. Support efforts to monitor industry regulations and legal requirements.
3. Maintain and update compliance policies and procedures after the Governance and Business Excellence review.
4. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management and the board.
5. Facilitate transparency in stakeholder communication.
6. Contribute to business excellence and continuous improvement initiatives e.g. policies and procedures of each Department inside Times Developments.
7. Provide second eye on tracking and analyzing work process KPIs for each department.
8. Maintain compliance and business excellence documentation and records.
9. Organizing training programs for new developed work process.
10. Monitor and report on emerging compliance trends and best practices.
11. Collaborate with the Compliance and Business Excellence Director on strategic initiatives.
12. Collaborate with executive leadership inside Times Developments to deliver the required 
13. Participate in conducting investigations into compliance violations and report findings.
14. Contribute to business excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
