- Manage a team of ERP specialists, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to understand business requirements and align ERP solutions accordingly.
- Monitor and evaluate ERP service delivery, ensuring SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met and continuous improvement initiatives are implemented.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the stability and security of ERP systems.
- Rack and analyze ERP system performance, generate reports, and make recommendations for enhancements or optimizations.
- Develop open and professional relationships with team members to facilitate effective issue resolution.
- Manage organizational resources to meet administrative and operational needs whilst adhering to budgetary guidelines and meet quality and scheduled demands.
- Investigate issues impacting organizational operations and service delivery to understand root causes, prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
BSc. in computer sciences or equivalent.Excellent communication & leadership skills.PMP certificate is required.Previous experience in ERP projects management is a must.
