  • Assist HR director in implementing HR Strategy
  • Create Workflow charts for HR process
  • Assist in setting technical objectives & KPIs
  • Project owner for implementing management performance system cycle & updates
  • Responsible for onboarding new hires 
  • Assist the training & development team & measure ROI
  • Improve organizational structure to improve efficiency
  • Improve the quality of life for employers and employees
  • Ease transitions such as corporate mergers
  • Study consumer behavior to help our employees understand what our customers are looking for

Proven experience in same position (at least 2 years in OD function)HR Certificate/ Diploma is a Must.Adaptability & high flexibility Very good command of English & Arabic Languages Excellent communication skills Experience in different PMS systems.
