- Participate in the implementation of tasks and duties related to the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off boarding.
- Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance, health insurance authorities and building a strong relationship with them.
- Follows up on employees’ attendance on daily and monthly basis and records data manually and on the relevant systems.
- Creates reports related to compensation and benefits such as annual leave report, staff list report, new hire report, termination report, overtime report, deduction report and others.
Bachelor's degree (preferably additional education in HR Certificates).3:10 years of experience in the same job. Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process.Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).Good organizational and time management skills. Strong ability in using MS Office.Lives in or near 10th of Ramadan City.
