- Managing and follow up the sales team member remotely
Research and explore potential global markets. - Find potential clients and convert them into actual customers than following up to reach a wider client base.
- Receive and complete customer Requests.
- Handling the customer's sales inquiries.
- Study the Logistics market and potential customers and identify the best approach for prospecting new clients and current clients’ development.
- Develop a sales information system including customer database and keeping it updated and available on time to support the decision-making process
- Continually attempting to penetrate new markets and establish the company image as a good international brand in different regions.
- Follow up the logistics process and procedures to any shipment
BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field. 5+ years of experience in corporate salesAbility to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.Ability to deal with different customers & how to convince them.Excellent oral and written communication skills;Excellent presentation & Negotiate skills.Excellent Knowledge of MS office.
