- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Proactively source high-quality candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Review resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and set expectations for the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring goals, including diversity hiring initiatives.
- Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar roleFamiliarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github)Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsKnowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsA keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizationsBSc in Human Resources Management or relevant fieldPrevious experience in a similar field is preferrable.
