Job Responsibilities & duties :
- • Schedule , manage the maintain the CEO’S agenda and assist in planning appointments meeting , organizing travel arrangements .
- • Filter general information , inquiries , phone calls, invitation to the CEO by forwarding this contact as appropriate .
- • Conduct regular daily meetings with the CEO to discuss .
- • Handle confidential documents .
- • Handle all outgoing , incoming correspondence , prioritize them ( Email, Message ) .
- • Manage access to the CEO , Prioritizing , appointments , communication to maximize the CEO time .
- • Assist the CEO in tasks delegation , follow up to ensure that assigned tasks are completed in a timely , efficient manner .
- • Preparing reports , conducting research .
- • Assistant with presentation preparation .
- • Managing office operation , administrative tasks .
- • Managing CEO’S schedule , tasks , coordinating meetings .
- • Ensure prompt issue resolution .
- • Organizing files , meet , greet the CEO guests .
