- Update the relevant milestones and interactions.
- Monitor and regularly updates the customers on the status
- Provide immediate line manager feedback received from customers.
- Maintain a daily record of handovers done and walk in customers met.
- Conduct monthly store handovers report.
- Plan for Customer Home Orientations for the existing day.
- Conduct pre-checks for the next day, to ensure that unit is clean, and utilities are connected.
- Contact customers one day prior orientation to reconfirm the documents required for it.
