We are recruiting for our client a construction company affiliated to real estate group located in New Cairo.

Position : Senior Technical office electrical engineer

will be responsible for:

• Preparing Detailed Shop drawings.

• Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ, RFI, correspondence … etc. to take into consideration all the project details during execution.

• Following execution of electrical works progress and ensure that the works quality is meeting project specifications, follow consultant inspections of the executed works.

• Prepare budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports, and release contractor/worker payments.

• Communicate with concerned departments to prepare the general procurement plan.

• Prepare and follow up the material submittals and communicate with the consultant to obtain the approval.

• Issue the purchasing request and contracting request and follow up their implementation.

• Conduct estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that need to be purchased or procured.

• Conduct the quantity surveying process to prepare required invoices

Work location : Site based

Day off : Friday & Saturday

Working hours : 9
