Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to join our team in the lighting industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in planning and managing lighting projects. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing project schedules, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of lighting systems and project management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for lighting projects, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure timely completion.
- Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Bachelor’s degree in related field.Minimum of three years of experience in project planning, preferably in the lighting industry.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft office and ERP systems).Strong understanding of lighting systems, installation processes, and industry standards.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Preferred Skills:Experience in large-scale lighting projects, including street lighting, commercial lighting, and architectural lighting.
