- Present, promote, and sell The Pharaonic Village's programs using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation.
- Create and execute lead generation programs.
- Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency.
- Market the village's programs to different sectors.
- Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to the senior management team.
- Develop sales strategies for projects, including company websites and social media.
