- Review Training Curriculums and educational Curriculums in different specialization according to the specified criteria.
- liaison with the Subject matter expert and private and government sectors to design competency-based curriculums, training and programs.
- Reviewing the Competency based curriculum to ensure that it matches the Accreditation standards and the MOETE requirement.
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of Curriculum Development with Subject matter experts and Design Department to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
- Coordinate all the process of curriculum development to ensure that it is moving according to the time plan and delivery time.
- Liaison with Teacher Support team to ensure that teachers have access to all the needed curriculum and learning material.
Bachelor’s Degree in education or any relevant discipline 3 - 5 years of experience in curriculum design and development Technical Specifications: ▪ Good Pedagogical knowledge and skills Profound experience in education sector and in specific in TVET sector Good understanding of competency-based curriculum development Good Knowledge of the TVET sector Good knowledge of Teaching methodologies Understanding of international qualifications and Accreditation requirement is a plus Essential Skills : Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English Excellent presentation, communications, and negotiation Planning, organization, time management, and coordination Proficiency in MS Office Ability Work on own initiative with minimum supervision and to stay on task.
