Experienced Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and quickly, while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Provide effective and appropriate solutions to customer issues, ensuring the best customer experience.
- Accurately document all interactions and issues in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure recurring issues are resolved and customer experience is optimized.
- Follow up on open complaints and ensure that they are closed satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
Salary from 7000 to 10000 to be determined upon interview according to experience and competence
Requirements:- [3 - 5 years] experience in the field of customer service.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deal with different personalities.- Ability to handle pressure and manage priorities effectively.- Proficient in the use of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and technical support tools.- Ability to proactively resolve issues, documenting and constraining them in a way that ensures an optimal solution is reached.- Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office applications.- Ability to work independently and within a team.- Preferably from Banha and its vicinity
