- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare accurate and competitive tenders for finishing works.
- Estimate the costs of labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services required for finishing work.
- Develop detailed cost breakdowns, ensuring all aspects of finishing are covered.
- Prepare and submit final tender documents, including technical and financial proposals, in accordance with client requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential subcontractors, suppliers, and emerging trends in finishing materials and techniques
- Site visits + site visit reports
- Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing with clients when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the tendering process.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Experience in tendering, with a strong focus on finishing works in the construction industry.In-depth knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and market trends.Strong knowledge of high-end finishing and fit-out project technicalities commercial, corporate, hospitality and residential.Organisation & Planning Skills
