We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our Digital Lending team, focusing on advancing our customer engagement through our app products.
Halan Product Managers work with cross-functional teams of engineers, product designers, data scientists and data analysts. We are looking for self-motivated product managers, who love to innovate, move quickly and drive product initiatives.
Your Responsibilities!
- Define requirements, metrics analysis, development, testing, and launching efforts.
- Communicate with stakeholders and business users as needed, to get clear objectives/needs
- Conduct market research to identify trends and user preferences in app engagement.
- Work with UX team to explain business requirements and get designs signed-off, and to optimize product features for enhanced user experience.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, using data to make informed decisions and drive product improvement
- Manage the app engagement features roadmap, and ensure the timely completion of product milestones, aiming for a seamless user experience within a super app framework
Who we're looking for:
- From 2 to 4 years of experience in consumer-facing products.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset for decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
