Contract Manager

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and administer all contract documents until the contracts’ closeout for design, construction supervision, construction, and other project’s related contracts.
  • Review the provided guarantees and insurances documents and its relevant amendments.
  • Prepare and maintain contracts correspondences.
  • Provide Contracts administration tasks including Variations, Claims, and Risk Management administration.
  • Periodic preparation and processing of contracts status reports.

Qualifications

  • B Sc Degree in Engineering.
  • Must have contracts’ work experience and have a minimum of 15 years’ experience overall working on sizable construction projects.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Possesses a flexible approach to work.
