Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Dar Al Alamia Developments in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also provide market feedback and collaborate with other departments to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy, Sales Management, and Client Relationship Building skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Real Estate
