•Preparation of HVAC drawings, equipment schedules, and tender documents
•Design of HVAC systems for several types of buildings such as commercial, and residential buildings.
•Preparing the project from BODR step to tender package, including BOQ, vendors list, calculation, HAP report, and equipment schedules. Also providing submitted priced BOQ for clients, preparing all tender package documents BOQ, vendors list and specifications.
Qualifications:* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university.* 8-12 years' experience. * V. Good Experience with CAD - HAP calculation.* Experience in Revit is Must.* Excellent time management.* Hard worker, professional attitude, open to change and development, good communication skills.
