Job Title: CEO Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized CEO Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO of our group of companies, which operates in the commerce and F&B sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. They will act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide executive support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication Management: Handle all correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and internal/external communications.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of various strategic initiatives, projects, and events.
- Data Analysis: Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for the CEO on industry trends, competitor analysis, and other relevant topics.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Travel and Event Coordination: Manage complex travel itineraries and organize company events and meetings as needed.
- Support to Senior Management: Collaborate with other members of the senior management team to ensure company-wide alignment on key initiatives.
- Documentation: Maintain and organize files, records, and documents related to the CEO's activities and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a flexible approach to work.
- Preferred Experience: Experience in the commerce or F&B industry is a plus.
- Additional Requirements:
- Location Flexibility: Must be able to work from the office and attend events or meetings as required.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
