- Manage IP CCTV networks.
- End user support.
- Manage controller-based WiFi networks.
- Follow-up with employees on their technical issues to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting and to ensure end user’s satisfaction.
- Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve all technical problems related to network issues (LAN & WLAN) even over WAN.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in the IT service field, demonstrating a strong technical background.Proven ability to manage high-end clients and deliver exceptional service.Excellent multitasking skills, capable of handling multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.Team player with strong collaboration and communication skills.
