Nutriti Pharma: We have more than 10 years of experience our story began in 2014, by focusing on one of the main health Problems in the Egyptian market which is Obesity products.

We are a pharmaceutical company in the nutrition field seeking a highly motivated and experienced two District Managers to join our team. The District Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of medical representatives in Upper Egypt / Alex.

 Responsibilities: -


- Effectively lead, coach, and develop a team of medical representatives to achieve their goals and contribute to the company's growth.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, productivity, and professional growth.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share within the assigned region.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure successful product launches and promotional activities.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other medical personnel.

- Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and other events to showcase our company's expertise and products.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in sciences, Pharmacy, Vet, Agriculture, or a related field.

- Minimum experience years from 5 to 8 years in the same field.

- Strong understanding of the medical industry, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
