Quality Control Dept Supervisor

Job Description We are an marketing company working in the field of market research. We provide research across the Middle Eastern and Northern African region.

An opportunity is available to join a successful team as a Quality Control Supervisor.

Experience in call center management is preferred, but good leadership skills, attention to detail, and an ambitious personality are sufficient for us to invest in long-term training.

Full training will be given.

Job tasks include:

  • Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of QC Dept staff.
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
  • Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
  • Managing team of QC Dept staff.
  • Monitoring and improving performance through feedback, coaching, and continuous training.
  • Handling escalated customer issues and providing resolution.
  • Implementing and monitoring call center performance metrics.
  • Developing and implementing call center policies and procedures.
  • Conducting regular team meetings to update staff on best practices and continuing expectations.
  • Ensuring all agents adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Preparing reports on call center performance and presenting them to management.


 


Requirements:Very Good English (B2 - Upper intermediate).Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent computer skills.Previous experience in a call center or as a supervisor is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and exceptional written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.Cairo residents only, preferably nearby Nasr City.Working Conditions:We are located in Nasr City.Fixed working hours from 8:30 am to 5 pm, 2 days off Friday and Saturday, also public holidays off.Other Info:Successful candidate will have full support and complete training.Benefits:Gold + Medical Insurance – Granted after the first three months of employment.Full training including Certified Training Courses– Granted after the first three months of employment.Training Certificates certified and awarded on completion of courses.Travel Allowance – Based on the job role or length of time with Infotech.Annual Bonuses - Based on the job role or length of time with Infotech.Mobile Business Sim card - Based on the job role or length of time with Infotech.
