Job Purpose:
Responsible for attracting, developing and retaining calibers through handling the manpower planning, acquiring talents, ensuring onboarding and orientation processes, managing & continuously improving the performance management cycle, implementing training needs analysis and developing training plans, and ensuring the availability of second line for all critical and leadership positions through Succession Planning initiatives.
- Design and deliver employee training programs (e.g. individual, team, skill-based and management training)
- Develop mentoring and coaching sessions for employees
- Build succession plans
- Design employee promotion policies
- Discuss career-pathing options with high-potential employees
- Boost employee morale by implementing performance-based bonuses
- Conduct skills gap analyses to determine personnel needs
- Create organizational charts and define each position’s responsibilities
- Organize quarterly and annual performance review sessions
- Manage department’s budget
- Calculate employee engagement metrics, like retention and turnover rates
- Perform benchmark analyses of compensation and benefits
- Provide team members with direction for leadership and development initiatives
- Oversee sourcing and hiring procedures to ensure we attract and select high-potential employees
Education:Bachelor Degree in HR, Business Administration or any relevant field.Experience:8 to 12 years of experience in Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development and Succession & Manpower Planning Experience in Educational Institutes is a must.Skills:Accuracy and attention to detailsExcellent Communication SkillsExcellent Leadership Skills.Excellent Problem-Solving SkillsExcellent Planning & Organizing skills Excellent Analytical SkillsExcellent level of English Language.Previous Knowledge with HRIS & ERP systems.Very Good knowledge of all MS.
