Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Senior Facility Engineer to lead our facility management team and ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of our building systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute plans for new extension projects.
- Maintain building health and safety standards.
- Manage spare parts and consumables, and monitor stock levels.
- Review and oversee subcontractor maintenance work.
- Ensure subcontractor employees are trained and perform efficiently.
- Implement various types of maintenance for electrical, and mechanical systems, structural repairs, and furnishings.
- Maintain organized records and daily equipment readings.
- Address and resolve customer complaints.
Qualifications:B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university.3-5 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of buildings (hotels, large residential complexes, or offices).Extensive experience with heavy electrical and mechanical machinery in medium and low-tension applications.Knowledge of light current systems (CCTV, BMS, fire alarm, access control, etc.).Proficiency in using BMS and AutoCAD software.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Strong computer skills (MS Office, BMS, AutoCAD).
