- managing the trucking operation process, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely & efficient shipments operation
- following up with customers/suppliers for daily operations
- managing international road freight shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely & accurate delivery
- prepare, review all necessary documents for road freight shipments
- communicate with customers/suppliers to arrange transportation & resolve issues
- build & maintain strong relationship with customers by daily, monthly reports & follow up
