  1. Outreach Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

Identify new business opportunities and target markets for expansion.

  1. Customer and Partner Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and partners as well.

Address customer inquiries, qualify the needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  1. Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about the company's products, services, and industry trends.

  1. Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.

  1. Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

 

Inside Sales Manager requirements

  • (3) years of previous working experience in Inside Sales.
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of the inside sales process, preferably within the engineering or technology industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills.
  • Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent command of English language: speaking, reading and writing. 
  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or similar relevant field.
