Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and drive engagement with our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing team to create compelling content, analyze performance metrics, and ensure our social media efforts align with our brand objectives.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos. Ensure content is aligned with the brand’s voice and strategy.

 

  • Manage and monitor all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.

 

  • Assist in the creation of social media strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Analyze trends and insights to inform strategy.

 

  • Track, measure, and analyze social media performance using analytics tools. Prepare reports and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.

 

  • Work with other departments such as marketing, design, and sales to ensure social media efforts support overall business goals and campaigns.

 

  • Assist in the creation and management of paid social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.

 

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Implement new techniques to keep our social media presence innovative and effective.

 


Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. from 2 - 4 years of experience in social media management in software field is a MUST. Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer). Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Creative thinking and attention to detail. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social media management software is a MUST. Proficiency in English both spoken and written is a MUST. Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
