• Supervise all aspects of crop cultivation and management including mango, dates, lemon, grapes, henbane, corn, wheat and beans.
• Develop and implement effective agricultural plans to increase productivity and crop quality.
• Monitor plant conditions and deal with any plant health issues such as diseases and pests.
• Coordinate and direct field teams and ensure efficient implementation of agricultural procedures.
• Manage agricultural resources including proper and effective use of fertilizers and pesticides.
• Analyze production data and provide periodic reports on crop status and agricultural performance.
• Follow up on technical developments and innovations in the agricultural field and provide necessary recommendations for improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field.• At least 4 years of practical experience in managing and developing diversified agriculture.• Good knowledge of seasonal crops such as corn, wheat and beans, in addition to fruits such as mango, dates, lemon and grapes.• Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic planning skills.• Ability to work under pressure and within a team.• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with the work team and suppliers.• Livestock handling skills will be an added advantage to the CV
