Admin Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Agenda and minutes for faculty and administrative meetings.
  • Organization and efficiency of the headmaster’s office.
  • Communications to and from the headmaster’s office.
  • Assist with coordination of institutional events.
  • Follow best practice Admissions procedure.
  • Attendance at meetings as needed in the place of Headmaster.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings for the Head of School.
  • Maintenance of institutional databases and school calendars as is appropriate.
  • Maintains employee professional development files.
  • Special research and other projects for the headmaster.
  • Administrative support for the school’s administrative leadership, including on-going or short-term administrative projects.
  • Potential administration/operation of the front desk along with any related activities within that role.

Desired qualifications and requirements:BA or equivalent on any related major.Previous experience in a customer support role / preferably in schoolsDetail-Oriented with strong time-management skills and ability to multi-task.Advanced computer skills are preferable.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Proficient English communicator both oral and written.A people person with a warm and friendly nature, unflappable under pressure.Good team playerSelf-motivated, flexible and adaptableExcellent organizational skills
