- Create comprehensive user manuals for Afaqy's software products tailored to different personas, such as end-users, system administrators, and technical staff.
- Collaborate with product managers to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy in all documentation.
- Develop a deep understanding of Afaqy's products, business processes, and industry to ensure that all documentation aligns with the company’s goals and user needs.
- Work closely with the business analysis and product teams to stay informed about upcoming features and changes that may impact documentation.
- Collect and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve the quality and usability of the documentation.
- Make recommendations for improving the documentation process on user feedback.
- Assist in developing training materials and resources for internal teams and customers.
