Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation:
    • Provide personalized tour recommendations based on client preferences, interests, and budget.
    • Answer client inquiries and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Manage bookings and reservations for tours, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Tour Planning:
    • Develop itineraries for various types of tours, including cultural, historical, adventure, and culinary tours.
    • Research and select suitable attractions, activities, and accommodations.
    • Coordinate with local suppliers and vendors to arrange transportation, meals, and entrance fees.

Customer Service:

  • Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve tour offerings and services.

Supplier Management:

  • Negotiate rates and contracts with suppliers, including hotels, transportation companies, and activity providers.
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and ensure timely payments.

 


 


 




 


Qualifications:Bachelor Degree Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken)Strong organizational and planning skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for travel and tourismKnowledge of Spanish culture and historyExperience in the tourism industry (preferred)Additional Skills:Proficiency in EnglishComputer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)Ability to work independently and as part of a team
