• Maintain external relationships with government and other related organizations.
• Manage budget and forecast to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage factory transportation (fleet), set its plan & budget.
• Improve administration costs and improve efficient allocation of resources.
• Manage all factory administration issues and solve them in an efficient time manner.
• Manage expat work permits and residence issuing.
• Manage non-materials purchasing and all internal projects.
• Control the cost of all services provided and report a cost reduction plan.
• Excellent command of Chinese• Exp +5 years.• Proven experience as a Head of Operations.• Strong understanding of business management.• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
