We are looking for an experienced Accounting and HR Officer to manage our day-to-day accounting activities and employee relations tasks. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, with a strong background in accounting and experience in HR management.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or human resources management.Prior experience with ERP systems is preferred.Skills:Strong proficiency in accounting software and Excel.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and under remote supervision.Problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement.Language:Proficiency in Arabic is required.Good command of English is preferred.Additional Requirements:Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and payroll practices.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Flexibility to adapt to a growing and changing environment.
