products to our customers. We are looking for a skilled Distribution Manager to oversee our

distribution operations and ensure efficient delivery of our products

Key Responsibilities

 Logistics Management: Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and

customer services

 Order Cycle Coordination: Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle

 Supplier and Customer Liaison: Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers

retailers, and consumers.

 Inventory Control: Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport

costs, and efficiency

 Warehouse Management: Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and

process shipments

 Problem Resolution: Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to distribution

 Team Supervision: Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce

 Performance Metrics: Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and

implement improvements.

 Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements

:Qualifications

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain

Management, or a related field

 Experience: Proven experience as a distribution manager or in a similar managerial

role

 Skills: Strong leadership qualities, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple

tasks efficiently

 Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional

(CSCP) or Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) are a plus
