Quality Section Head- (Logistics Background)

  1. Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the auditing and monitoring function for the company.
  2. Identify the risk to which the company is exposed or can realistically be expected to be exposed.
  3. Examine and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control system.
  4. Ensure that each function has fit-for-purpose policies and procedures that ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and payment scheme operating regulations and standards to ensure high-quality customer service, data security, and other business imperatives.
  5. Achieves Compliance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans;
  6. Conduct internal audits for all company departments according to standards, rules, and regulations.
  7. Risk and control committee member.
  8. Responsible for customer complaint handling and ensuring that the proper corrective actions were taken to prevent repeatability of non-compliance.
  9. Evaluate the performance and monitor the achievement of the KPIs, targets, and objectives.
  10. Use the Statistical process control tools to analyze the data and recommend for actions according to the findings of the analysis.
  11. Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing changes.
  12. Responsible for monitoring, Implementing, and improving the calibration programs.
  13. Recommends changes in procedures, standards, test methods, and equipment to improve quality.
  14. Create, manage and verify the conformity of all documents regarding the quality system.
  15. Research, train, and assist in compliance with Government, third party, and customer requirements and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
  16. Assists in managing, maintaining documentation, testing, and final release of in-process hold and rework products as well as final release of finished good products for shipments
  17. Contribute to the training department in defining the training needs of employees.
  18. Trains QA employees and plant employees on Quality Policy.
  19. support, and comply with all quality management systems, continuous improvement programs, food safety, employee safety, and preventative maintenance programs.
  20. Follow all company policies and procedures.
  21. Ensuring compliance with all related standards ex: ISO 9001, ISO 14001,  Regulations and governmental laws. Other Vacancies

Scientific University Degree (Bachelor’s Degree)3PL/ Warehousing Experience is a MUST;Strong Experience in Quality and Food Safety in Warehouses;5 Years of Experience;  English: Very Goodfrom October,Giza is preferred
