We are seeking a highly skilled IT Network and Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain the company's network infrastructure.
Provide technical support to all users, including hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve network and system problems.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards.
Document all IT procedures and configurations.
Assist in the development and implementation of IT
projects.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, with a strong focus on the Schools.
Proven experience in network administration, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Proven experience as IT coordinator or similar roleExperience in network management and help desk support is appreciatedSolid knowledge of IT systems and applicationsUnderstanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configurationAbility to troubleshoot and repair issuesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGreat attention to detailExcellent organizational and coordination abilitiesBSc/BA in information technology or computer science is preferredCertification (CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ etc.) is a plus
