_Replace damaged hardware, coordinate with supplier for maintenance, repair, replacement. 
3. System_upgrading_and_optimization 
Organize system upgrading and expansion according to operation condition and capacity requirement of hardware. 
_ Improve usage rate of equipment through adjusting hardware configuration, optimizing system property. 
4. Environment_management_of_computer_room 
_Monitor environment of computer room, including temperature, moisture, power supply, etc, make sure it meets requirement of hardware operation. 
_Manage the safety of machine room, including access control system, CCTV monitoring system. 
5. Hardware_assess_management 
_Follow and manage hardware assess, including procurement, usage, depreciation, and scrapping. 
_Maintain hardware assess list, make sure the accurate and complete of assess information. 
6. Spare_parts_management 
_ Manage hardware component and spare parts storage, make sure broken part can be replaced in time. 
_Periodically check spare parts status, add shortage spare parts in time. 
7. Technical_support_and_training 
_Provide to user with technical support and consulting advice relating to hardware operation and maintenance. 
_Train new employee for hardware operation and maintenance, improve integrate ability of the team. 
8. Policy_and_work_flow_execution 
_Follow enterprise policy and workflow relating to hardware operation and maintenance, make standardization of maintenance. 
_Participate compiling and improvement of company operation and maintenance policy. 
9. Safety_and_compliance 
Assure safety measure of hardware, prevent any unauthorized visit and data loss. 
_Obey national law and follow industrial specification, make sure compliance of operation and maintenance.
