- Function as a first line supervisor overseeing factory employees and drivers in production and delivery;
- Ensure a safe workplace is maintained.
- Schedule deliveries according to information provided by customer and maintain adequate; inventories in order to meet customer needs to include raw materials, building materials, cement, and admixtures;
- Operate the ready-mix batch factory using an automated computerized batching system;
- Maintain good working relationships with co-workers;
- Any other requested tasks by line Manager;
- Complying with the QMS Policy & procedures;
- Complying with the HSE Policy and the current safety and health management system, safeguard their own integrated health, their safety and the facility safety;
- Following all safety operational procedures and notifying timely to their immediate supervisors the unsafe conditions or acts detected at their workplace;
- Helping to prevent dangerous unsafe practices in co-workers and contractors;
- Any other requested tasks by line manager.
Requirements:Education Bachelor’s Degree of Mechanical engineeringYears of Experience and Required Knowledge 1 to 3 years of experience in ready-mix industry;Excellent Communication Skills in English & Arabic, Written and spoken;Good IT Literacy (MS Office, Business emails);Problem solver, detail oriented;Military Service fulfill.
